Windows XP/Vista - Currently Nexio doesn't officially support Windows 7, so driver issues might be encountered.
Therefore NUITEQ can not guarantee that Snowflake will work accordingly on Windows 7.
Only 32bit versions of Windows are supported, as there are no 64-bit drivers available for Nexio platforms.

Running Snowflake Suite
If you are using Snowflake Suite iNexio on Windows XP or Windows Vista, you need to run it via the TUIO Sender provided with the Snowflake Suite installer.1. First you need to start the TUIO Sender, which can be found via the Start menu (Start -> Programs -> Snowflake Suite -> TUIO Sender).
2. The TUIO Sender needs to be started before Snowflake Suite is started. Once the TUIO Sender is started and has been initialized, you can start Snowflake Suite as normal (keep the TUIO Sender running in the background).
